Bukit Merah at a glance
Bukit Merah is a mature town that runs from Redhill and Tiong Bahru in the north down to Telok Blangah and HarbourFront by the coast. Tiong Bahru keeps its conserved pre-war flats, while Bukit Merah Central, Henderson and Telok Blangah are mostly HDB estates. Redhill and Tiong Bahru stations are on the East-West Line, Telok Blangah, Labrador Park and HarbourFront are on the Circle Line, HarbourFront is also on the North East Line, and Havelock is on the Thomson-East Coast Line. Tutors travel to your home, and the Bukit Merah bus interchange links the estates away from the MRT.

Frequently asked questions
Which Bukit Merah schools can your tutors help with?
On the primary side: Radin Mas Primary, Blangah Rise Primary, Gan Eng Seng Primary, Alexandra Primary, Cantonment Primary and CHIJ (Kellock). On the secondary side: Crescent Girls' School, Gan Eng Seng School, Bukit Merah Secondary and CHIJ St. Theresa's Convent. Tell us the school and share its test schedule, and the tutor can plan lessons around it.
Do tutors travel to Tiong Bahru and Telok Blangah, or only near Redhill MRT?
Tutors travel to your home anywhere in Bukit Merah, including Tiong Bahru, Henderson, Telok Blangah, Bukit Purmei and the Alexandra side. The rate is the same wherever you live in the town.
Can one tutor cover both A-Math and Pure Chemistry?
Often, yes. Many secondary tutors teach both, which keeps lessons to one tutor and one timetable. Tell us both subjects when you ask, and the shortlist will show which tutors cover each one.
How quickly can you arrange a tutor in Bukit Merah?
For most primary and secondary subjects you get 3 to 12 tutor profiles on WhatsApp within 16 hours. You pick the tutor, and if the first one is not the right fit we arrange a free re-match.
Is this a tuition centre in Bukit Merah?
No. We match 1-to-1 tutors who come to your home in Bukit Merah, so there is no travel to a centre and lessons fit around your child's timetable. If you prefer small-group classes at a centre, our home tuition and tuition centre comparison explains the differences.
