The matching process, step by step

Tell us what you need
Submit the form with your child's level, subject(s), preferred area or online, and exam timeline. Two minutes. We don't ask for credit card or commitment at this stage.

We shortlist 2-4 tutors
Within 48 hours, you receive 2-4 tutor profiles matched to your child's level, subject and area. Each profile shows credentials, university, hourly rate, and a short note from the tutor about their teaching approach.

Choose your tutor
Pick the tutor you want to work with and agree a start date. If the fit is wrong, we re-match without charge, no questions asked.

Lessons start; we stay involved
Tutor and parent agree weekly schedule directly. Tutor shares a brief progress note each week so parents see the grade arc month-on-month. We check in monthly and re-match free if anything goes wrong.
What we do that other agencies don't
- Concierge for the duration. Many agencies stop helping once the match is made. We stay involved with monthly check-ins; if the fit drifts, we re-match.
- Weekly progress notes from the tutor. You see the grade arc in writing month-on-month, not just at term end.
- Matched, not broadcast. We shortlist tutors for your child's level, subject and area instead of sending whoever is free.
