Ten Computing tuition options for SEC G3 (K349) and H2 (9569) side by side: published fees turned into an hourly cost, group sizes, branches with the nearest MRT, trial terms, questions to ask, and what the written and lab-based papers test.
The best Computing tuition is the one that drills the lab paper as hard as the theory, because that is where a student either writes working Python under time or does not.

A one-to-one option: The Singapore Syllabus
Next, our own home tutor service. It sits outside the list of ten and carries no rank.
A provider stayed only if its own site showed exam Computing by name (O-Level 7155, G3 K349 or H2 9569), not general coding for children, and something concrete such as a fee, a timetable, a class size or a named tutor.
Three names from other lists dropped out: one teaches Cambridge 9618 from overseas, one is aimed at tertiary learners and adults, and one had no site we could find. No centre paid to be listed here.

G3 / O-Level, H2
Its G3 Saturday classes are split by focus too, one on fundamentals and tracing and one on loops and logic. Every class student also gets the academy's online practice bank, with worked solutions, browser coding labs for H2 (G3 labs are being added) and topic-by-topic progress that parents can see. Its FAQ notes that students starting Sec 3 now will sit K349 from 2027.
Fees as published: S$590 a month for G3 / O-Level and S$620 for H2, for 4 lessons of 1.5 hours, paid in advance, with the practice platform included. A Pro add-on is S$109 (G3) or S$119 (H2) a month. Practice only, without classes, is S$49 or S$54 a month, or S$490 or S$540 a year, cancel anytime. Registration, deposit and trial terms are not published.
Branch: Bukit Timah. Street address and nearest MRT not published.
Suits: a JC student who wants separate weekly drills for the written and lab papers, or a family that wants to track topics online.
May not suit: anyone who needs a seat now, since every class was full with a waitlist on 8 November 2026, or a family that wants the address and tutor's name first.

Sec 3 builds Python and Excel, and Sec 4 turns to Paper 1 theory, mock exams and timed practice papers, with a revision cheatsheet. The course page lists the K349 code, the 41 examinable spreadsheet functions and both papers. Its testimonials include a St Patrick's student who moved from E8 to A1 for prelims, and the centre states these results as student comments.
Fees as published: S$360 (S$392.40 with GST) under "Month Fees" for Sec 3 or Sec 4. The same page says 10 two-hour lessons a quarter, billed quarterly, which works out at S$1,080 a quarter if the monthly figure is charged three times. Registration is S$80 (S$87.20 with GST), waived for existing students. Materials and equipment are included.
Branches: KAP Mall, 9 King Albert Park (King Albert Park MRT). Parkway Parade, 80 Marine Parade Road (Marine Parade MRT). Partner locations at United Square in Novena (Novena MRT), The Seletar Mall in Sengkang and Tampines Street 11. The page does not say which locations run the G3 class.
Suits: a student who wants a classroom, a fixed weekly slot and a branch in the east, north-east or centre.
May not suit: a family that wants a trial before paying, since none is published, or one that needs a JC class.

Who can take Computing in school?
Not every school teaches it, so check before paying for Sec 3 tuition.
Secondary. MOE told Parliament on 10 September 2026 that students from over 110 secondary schools take G1, G2 or G3 Computing, about 13% of the Sec 3 cohort. From the 2026 Sec 3 cohort, upper secondary students can offer Computing at G1, G2 or G3.
Schools without a class. Over 40 of these schools have no Computing class of their own and send G3 students to one of four centres. Clementi Town Secondary, for example, is the West Zone centre, teaching students from 11 nearby schools every Thursday from 3.15pm to 5.45pm. It had 24 such students in 2025.
Junior college. H2 Computing is offered at JCs such as Anglo-Chinese Junior College, Jurong Pioneer Junior College and Temasek Junior College. ACJC asks students to pass a Computing proficiency test at orientation, written or in Python 3, and exempts those with at least A2 in O-Level Computing. Subject combination limits apply there.
Where Computing leads after school
Polytechnic. Singapore Polytechnic lists "Computing / Computer Studies" as a relevant subject in the ELR2B2-C and ELR2B2-D aggregates, the ones used for science, engineering, IT and design courses. Nanyang Polytechnic's new Diploma in Computing (C85) uses ELR2B2-C. Our L1R5 and ELR2B2 guide shows how the aggregate is worked out.
University. NTU's Bachelor of Computing in Computer Science accepts a pass in H2 Mathematics, H2 Physics or H2 Computing.
NUS. NUS's prerequisite table (accurate as of February 2026) accepts an H2 pass in Computing, Mathematics, Further Mathematics or Physics, or a good pass in H1 Mathematics, for its Computer Science programmes. H2 Computing is one route in, not the only one, so a strong H2 Maths result also keeps these doors open. For the Maths side, see our A-Math tuition comparison.

How to choose Computing tuition
1Check the codeSec 3 students from 2026 sit K349, not 7155. JC students in 2027 sit the revised 9569. Ask which syllabus the class teaches now.
2Find the weak paperLook at the last school test. Is it theory in Paper 1, or code that will not run in Paper 2?
3Ask how the lab paper is drilledDoes the student write code on their own laptop in every lesson, under time?
4Work out the hourly costDivide by hours taught, then add registration, GST and any platform fee.
5Count heads in the slotAsk for the number in your child's exact class, not the maximum.
6Review after a termIf code still does not run after 8 to 10 lessons, ask for a plan or switch.
Trial-lesson checklist
Does my child type code in the lesson, or watch the teacher type?
Is Paper 2 practised in JupyterLab (G3) or with Flask and SQLite (H2), as in the exam?
How are spreadsheet functions such as VLOOKUP and SUMIF taught for G3?
Who marks practice code, and how soon does it come back?
Is there a recording or make-up for a missed lesson?
What notice is needed to stop, and is any deposit refunded?
Common questions
How much does Computing tuition cost in Singapore?
Among these ten providers, group Computing tuition runs from about S$42 to S$60 an hour where a fee is published. One-to-one rates run from S$35 an hour (Study Computing, H2) to S$90 (PB and Stitch Interactive). Atlas Academy's class with its practice platform works out at about S$98 to S$103 an hour.
What is the best Computing tuition centre in Singapore?
It depends on the level and the paper. Loshberry has the lowest published G3 group rate, Coding Lab has the most locations, Stitch Interactive is the strongest online group, and PB H2 Computing and Atlas Academy focus on H2 practice.
What is the new O-Level Computing code from 2027?
G3 Computing K349 replaces O-Level Computing 7155 from 2027. It has a 2-hour written paper worth 60% and a 2.5-hour lab-based paper worth 40%.
What is in the G3 Computing lab-based paper?
Paper 2 lasts 2 hours 30 minutes and carries 70 marks. It has one spreadsheet question and four to five Python programming questions, done in spreadsheet software and JupyterLab, with a Python quick reference guide provided.
What changes in H2 Computing in 2027?
The revised 9569 syllabus is first examined in 2027. It has six modules, including a new Emerging Technologies module on machine learning, and a 3-hour lab paper using Python, Flask, SQLite, HTML and CSS.
Does my child's school offer Computing?
Only some do. MOE says students from over 110 secondary schools take Computing, and over 40 of those schools send G3 students to one of four centres, so ask the school in Sec 2 before subject allocation.
Do I need H2 Computing for a computer science degree?
No. NTU's Computer Science degree accepts a pass in H2 Mathematics, H2 Physics or H2 Computing, and NUS's table accepts H2 Computing, Mathematics, Further Mathematics or Physics, or a good H1 Mathematics pass.
Does O-Level Computing count for polytechnic admission?
Yes, for many courses. Singapore Polytechnic counts Computing as a relevant subject in the ELR2B2-C and ELR2B2-D aggregates used for science, engineering, IT and design diplomas.
Can a JC student take H2 Computing without O-Level Computing?
At some JCs, yes. ACJC lets students without O-Level Computing sit a proficiency test at orientation, either written or in Python 3, and exempts those with at least A2 in O-Level Computing.
