Secondary 3 is where the O-Level Science syllabus formally begins — whether the student takes Pure Sciences (separate Physics 6091, Chemistry 6092, Biology 6093) or Combined Science (5076/5077/5078, pairing two sciences into one grade). The Sec 3 content is the larger half of the two-year load and introduces the genuinely abstract material: in Chemistry, the mole concept and stoichiometry; in Physics, kinematics and dynamics; in Biology, cellular processes and transport. The mole concept in particular is the topic that most cleanly separates the A1 students from the rest, and it is taught early in Sec 3.
Our Sec 3 Science home tutors map weekly lessons to the school topical schedule and pre-empt the next CA / WA topic 1–2 weeks ahead. The Sec 3 priority is conceptual security on the foundation topics — the mole concept, force diagrams, cell biology — because Sec 4 builds directly on them and there is no time to repair Sec 3 gaps during the exam year.
