I hold a Master of Science from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Biological Chemistry from Nanyang Technological University. I have 11 years of teaching experience, and I am the founder and head of Catalyst Maths and Science. I teach E-Math and A-Math to Sec 3 students.

How I teach

I start from the fundamentals, so students understand why an answer is right before they practise it. I use diagrams, worked examples and spoken explanations, and I choose the approach that suits how each student learns.

Regular, structured practice on questions in the exam style helps students build speed and accuracy. I set clear targets for each term and track progress against the school's test schedule.
