I am a Biomedical Science graduate with First Class Honours from the University of Dundee, and I have been tutoring for 3 years. I teach primary students from P1 to P6 and secondary students from Sec 1 to Sec 4.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science, First Class Honours, University of Dundee
• 3.73 GPA in Medical Biotechnology at polytechnic
• A2 for O-Level E-Maths, Science and English

How I teach

My main focus is PSLE and Sec 4 exam preparation, and helping students work on their weaker areas. I start by checking what your child already understands and finding the gaps. Then I prepare short, clear notes of my own and give targeted practice from workbooks and resources I choose. I keep track of progress as we go.

I aim to build strong fundamentals instead of rote memorisation, so students understand a concept and can apply it in an exam. I enjoy science and reading, and I link science topics to everyday examples so that abstract ideas are easier to remember. I am patient, and I pace lessons to suit each student.

I teach Primary Math, Science, English and Tamil (P1 to P6), Lower Secondary Science (Sec 1 and 2) and Upper Secondary Biology (Sec 3 and 4).
