I am a Year 2 Psychology undergraduate at Singapore Management University (SMU), and I have been tutoring for 5 years. Math is my main subject. I scored A grades for Math at both PSLE and O-Level. I teach primary students from Primary 1 to 6 and secondary students in Sec 2 and Sec 3.

How I teach

I make sure students have strong basics before we move on to harder topics. Some students are afraid of math, and I work on what is holding them back so they can build confidence. I look at how each student learns and change my teaching to suit them. For exam preparation, I give a lot of targeted practice with questions like the ones students will see in exams. I also teach exam techniques and time management.

Subjects and levels

I teach Primary Math (Primary 1 to 6), Lower Sec Math and Science, and Upper Sec E-Math and A-Math, for students up to Sec 3.
