How to use PSLE Maths papers well

  1. Time Paper 1 without a calculatorPaper 1 is 1 h 10 min with no calculator, so do it at full length and check how long the 2-mark questions take.
  2. Leave Paper 2's long questions for lastThe 3, 4 and 5 mark questions in Paper 2 carry most of its 50 marks. Write each step, since working earns marks even when the final answer is wrong.
  3. Redo the topics that keep coming backThe table above counts how many papers test each topic. Fractions, ratio and percentage questions appear in most of them.

Questions about these papers

Are these papers still right for PSLE Maths in 2027?

Yes. SEAB examines PSLE Mathematics on syllabus 0008 from 2026, and no change to the format has been announced for 2027. The table above shows the two papers, so a school paper can be timed the same way.

Do the PSLE Maths papers come with answers?

46 of the 48 come with answers, as a separate PDF so the paper can be tried first. 5 of those are the school's own answer key, and the rest were typed by an unofficial source, which the paper's page says because we have not checked them. Pei Chun 2024 P6 Prelim and Red Swastika 2024 P6 Prelim have no answers yet.

Are the papers free?

Yes. Enter your email and mobile once, and every paper on this site then downloads straight away on that device.
