The 10 centres in detail
Achievers Dream
What is distinctive. A chemistry specialist that also teaches upper primary and lower secondary science. Its 2027 Lorong Chuan timetable lists P5 and P6 Science, Sec 1 and Sec 2 Science, Sec 3 and Sec 4 Pure and Combined Chemistry, IP Chemistry, and JC1 and JC2 H2 Chemistry, all in 2-hour slots. Each month bundles 4 or 5 theory lessons with one masterclass. The centre describes its team as ex-MOE and NIE-trained, and its founder, Mr Jerald Lie, holds a BSc from NUS.
Suits: a Sec 3 to JC2 student who wants a chemistry-only centre near Lorong Chuan, with weekday evening and weekend slots. May not suit: a family that wants to compare fees online, as fees are given only on enquiry, or a student who needs physics or biology.
Fees as published: not published. The site asks parents to confirm tuition fees, termly material charges and per-lesson consumables with the centre. Class size and trial terms are not published.
Branch: 151 Lorong Chuan, #01-16, New Tech Park, Singapore 556741. WhatsApp 8028 2514. The nearest MRT is not published. Lorong Chuan MRT is about 460 metres away by our map check. Other branches are in Bukit Timah and Kembangan.

AGrader
What is distinctive. A primary and secondary chain whose Serangoon branch publishes its own 2027 timetable and fee sheet. Enrolment includes recorded lessons and revision packs through its EverLoop platform.
Suits: a primary family that wants a published fee, a stated cap and a branch two minutes from NEX. May not suit: a secondary student who needs the sciences or JC subjects, as the Serangoon sheet lists English and Maths only at secondary.
Fees as published (per month of 4 lessons, before 9% GST): K2 S$190, P1 S$230, P2 S$235, P3 S$245, P4 S$250, P5 S$260, P6 S$270, Sec 1 S$270, Sec 2 S$275, Sec 3 S$280 and Sec 4 S$290.
