How I teach

My biotechnology studies trained me to solve problems in a disciplined, logical way, and I bring that into my lessons. I take a step by step approach. I break hard Math problems into smaller steps that students can follow, so they see how each line of working leads to the next.

I focus on accuracy. I make sure students use the correct terms and methods in their answers and understand what they are doing, not just copy a procedure. I use regular practice and organised study habits to help students keep up with schoolwork and feel calmer before exams. I am patient, and I make sure a student is following before we move on.
