I am a final-year Mechanical Engineering student at NTU specializing in Robotics, with international R&D experience from SEW-Eurodrive in Germany and an exchange at TU Munich. My engineering background shapes my teaching methodology: I approach academic struggles as mechanical issues that can be systematically debugged with logic, structure, and patience. I understand academic hurdles personally, having retaken my A-levels to secure my university spot through sheer persistence. I instill this exact same grit and resilience in my students.

Drawing from my foundational experience as an Associate Teacher's Assistant at Stalford Learning, I currently manage mixed-level Secondary 1 to 3 classes across Math, Science, Physics, and Chemistry. My methodology centers on strict diagnostic assessments and differentiated instruction. By breaking down complex topics into digestible foundations, I quickly isolate conceptual gaps and apply targeted, intensive interventions.

This approach consistently turns failing grades into solid passes within extremely short timeframes. Over the past month alone, I helped a Sec 1 student jump from a failing Math score to a clear pass, and a Sec 2 student elevate his Math grade from a C6 to a B3. In Sec 3, I mentored a student to score his highest ever in Physics (23/35) on a highly challenging paper where only 3 out of 41 students passed. I do not just teach the syllabus; I actively reconstruct my students' academic confidence and problem-solving skills so they can consistently beat the cohort average.
