Hi there, I’m Cadence, a final-year undergraduate at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) pursuing Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering with a Minor in Education Studies, looking to pursue a post-graduate diploma in Education to teach in MOE schools.

Every student learns differently, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I first identify each student’s learning gaps before tailoring lessons to their pace, strengths, and goals. My lessons focus on building a strong conceptual understanding, developing systematic problem-solving skills, and mastering exam techniques before reinforcing learning through effective memorisation - because lasting academic success comes from combining understanding with retention.

As an engineering undergraduate, I bring a structured and analytical approach to teaching while creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. My goal isn’t just to help students score better. I want them to become confident, independent learners who genuinely understand what they’re doing.
